BMW SUV's - Rule The World
Currently there are three models of BMW SUV’s available–BMW X3, BMW X5, and BMW X6.
BMW X3 2009 is a much distinguished model for its style, agility and dynamism. It is a four door and five passenger luxury sports utility coming in the trim called xDrive30i. It is a standard 3.oL 16, 260 horse power engines. It has the fuel efficiency of 16 mpg inside the city and 23 mpg on the highways. It is featured with a six-speed manual transmission with overdrive which is standard and six-speed automatic transmission with overdrive which is optional. It has got a 17.7 gallon main premium unleaded fuel tank 14.7, and a multi point injection fuel system. The six speed automatic gear box can achieve 0-62 mph in just 9.2 seconds. The other features include 17 inch alley wheels, a panorama glass moon roof, anti lock disc brakes, roll over sensor, tire pressure monitor etc. BMW X3 is also athletic in the purpose and versatile with its muscular designs. BMW MRSP is $39,700.
BMW X5 2009 has become more smooth in the driving, and luxurious than the previous versions. This is a four door, seven passenger luxury utility vehicle which offers a third row which is optional. The BMW X5 is available in three trims which include xDrive E70 or x5 base sport utility, xDrive 35d. These models have a standard 3.0L 16, 260 horse powers which will get 15 mpg inside the city and 21 mpg on the highways. The xDrive 48i, which is the third model is equipped with a standard 4.8L V8, 350 horse power engines. It has got multi point fuel injection system, 22 .5 capacity premium unleaded fuel tank and a heavy duty battery. It has the fuel efficiency of 14 mpg inside the city and 19 mpg on the highways. Both xDrive E70 and xDrive 48i is petrol engine where as xDrive 35d is diesel. The MRSP’s of xDrive base sport model is $47500, xDrive 35d is $51200 and xDrive48i is $56200.
BMW X6 is currently available in two base trims- BMW xDrive 35i and BMW xDrive50i. The BMW MRSP’s ranges from $55,900 to $66,650.
BMW X6 2009 is a four door, four passenger luxury sports utility vehicle available in two trims – BMW xDrive 35i and BMW xDrive 50i; both petrol engines. Upon introduction xDrive 35i is equipped with a standard 3.0L 16, 300 horse power turbo engine and has got the fuel efficiency of 15 mpg inside the city and 20 mpg on the highways. xDrive 50i is equipped with a standard 4.4L V8, 400 horse power turbo engine which will get 12 mpg inside the city and 18 mpg on the highways. They are provided with a six-speed automatic transmission with the overdrive. Both of them have a 22.5 capacity main premium unleaded fuel tank 18.7 and a gasoline direct fuel injection system. The MRSP of BMW xDrive 35i is $55,900 and that of BMW xDrive 50i is $ 66,650.
